Do Distant Energy Treatments Really Work?

This is probably one of the most common questions I get, especially from somebody trying distant energy healing for the first time.

Distant treatments have become a hugely popular option at Loinnir. Some clients live too far away to come to Conamara, some are travelling, some have busy family lives, and sometimes you simply want to receive a treatment without leaving your own home.

What happens during a distant treatment?

We agree a time for your treatment and I work with you energetically from my healing space here in Conamara. You can lie down somewhere comfortable, switch off your phone, soften the lights and simply allow yourself to receive.

You do not have to concentrate hard or try to make anything happen. Some people notice warmth, tingling, emotion or a sense of deep relaxation. Others simply feel peaceful or sleepy. And sometimes the experience is very subtle.

I personally find distant work very powerful, and many clients return to it because they love the combination of receiving a treatment while being completely comfortable in their own space. That said, energy healing is a complementary wellbeing practice, and experiences naturally differ from person to person.

The lovely part is that distance means you can work with me from almost anywhere. You do not need to be in Galway, or even in Ireland, to make time for yourself.
