Join Laura and Maureen for a beautiful, healing morning of gentle movement, energy healing and sound therapy.
Laura is a Holistic and Yoga Practitioner based in Inverin and has been holding space for yoga for 6 years.
Maureen is a Music Therapist and Holistic Practitioner, with a background in traditional Irish music and teaching. She holds a Masters Degree in Music Therapy.
Combining a gorgeous morning of healing for the right people. Holding a safe space to keep your protected as you release and refill your cup. Held in the newly renovated Seanscoil by the sea in Na Minna, Inverin.
